Image Editing & Serialization

Interactive image resize handles (aspect-ratio locked) and drag-to-reposition.

• Click image → resize handles appear
• Drag corners to resize, drag center to reposition
• On Save: extracts base64 payloads, creates OpenXml ImagePart packages
• Constructs Drawing elements with proper relationships
