• Request must be made within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
• No reason required — no questions asked

3. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with:

• Your license key (format: GRAV-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)
• The email address used for purchase
• Brief statement requesting a refund under the 14-day guarantee

4. Refund Process

• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunded to original payment method (Stripe)
• License key immediately revoked upon refund approval
• Pro features locked; account reverts to Free tier

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

• Request is made after 14 days
• Evidence of license key sharing or abuse
• Multiple refund requests for the same account (anti-fraud)

6. Subscription Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current period. To request a refund for the current period, you must contact support within 14 days of the original purchase or renewal charge.

7. EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. This policy meets and exceeds those requirements.
