1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Gravity App ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Gravity is an autonomous multi-agent execution engine for software development. The Service includes the desktop application, web dashboard, licensing system, and associated APIs.

3. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Gravity App B.V. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the Gravity desktop application on devices you own or control
• Use the Service for its intended purpose: autonomous software development assistance
• Access the web dashboard for license and session management

4. Pro Subscription

Gravity Pro is a paid subscription tier that unlocks additional features. Subscription terms:

• Billed annually at €29 + VAT (prices subject to change with notice)
• Auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Manage or cancel via the web dashboard or by contacting support
• Refunds available within 14 days of purchase (seeTerugbetalingsbeleid)

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share license keys or circumvent activation limits
• Use the Service for illegal activities or to create harmful content
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Redistribute or sublicense the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, documentation, trademarks, and content, is owned by Gravity App B.V. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

7. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by ourPrivacybeleid. We collect minimal data necessary for licensing, authentication, and service improvement.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. GRAVITY APP B.V. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRAVITY APP B.V. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license ends immediately and you must cease all use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
